| Jobs : Job Search Not the most normal of jobs, admittedly, but you can make good money earning as an extra as long as you: EITHER do it most days OR supplement the income with other jobs OR are prepared to see it as a means to an end in eventually getting real acting work The jobs are advertised quite regularly in media magazines, and you will also find agencies that list and manage extras too, joining one of these may be a good way of getting work. Usually anybody will do as an extra, and with so many TV stations and shows these days, they are literally crying out for reliable extras who turn up on time.
