Natural Skin Care Remedies

Beauty : Skincare

Here are some natural moisturisers you can make to treat dry skin.

For a Hydrating Facial Mask mix together one avocado, one raw egg, and one teaspoon of coconut oil in a mixing bowl until it turns into a creamy paste. Apply it to your face and leave on for 20 to 30 mins. Then rinse off with warm water. Raw eggs and avocados have natural moisturizing proteins, so they are great working together. Coconut oil contains a boost of antioxidants.

To make a Milk Bath, fill the tub with warm water and then add a maximum of five cups of whole milk or butter milk. Put a few candles around, add some music and soak for 20 to 30 mins. Milk has lots of proteins to smooth and hydrate skin.

If you want to make an Oatmeal and Yogurt Exfoliant, mix together one cup of uncooked oatmeal and a few spoonfuls of plain yogurt into a paste. Gently use it to scrub off dry skin. The yoghurt will replace any lost moisture, while the oats scrub.

Drink lots of water throughout the day and eat foods high in nutriental value like fresh fruit and vegetables, whole grains, and lean meats. Stay away from alcohol, tea, coffee, and cigarettes.
