Natural Tips For Shiny Hair

Beauty : Haircare

The sun, wind, sea water, pollution, heat and chemicals can all damage our hair and remove its natural oils, making it dull and lifeless. Here are some natural hair masks you can make to help care for your locks.

Mash one or two avocados depending on length of your hair, until it makes a thick paste. Spread it onto your hair from root to the tip and leave on for 20 minutes. Shampoo it out then rinse well. Avocados are high in fatty acids and nutrients.

Mix half a cup of apple cider vinegar with one quarter of water. Use this to rinse your hair after a shampoo. The apple cider vinegar is high in alpha-hydroxy acids, so it helps to break down residue build up and leaves your hair soft and shiny. Rinse well.

Beat together two eggs for short hair, or three for longer, and then add three tablespoons of olive oil to it. Coat it over your hair from root to tip and leave on for 30 minutes. Shampoo it out and rinse well. Eggs have eleven essential nutrients and are full of protein.

Warm up three tablespoons of coconut oil and gently comb it into your hair from root to tip. Wrap up your hair into a hot towel and stay for 30 mins. Shampoo it out and rinse. Coconut oil smoothes dry and damaged cuticles and also locks in shine.
