How To Open Champagne Without An Explosion

Open a bottle of champagne without the usual explosion. Take off foil and metal cage. Wrap a towel around the bottom of the bottle. Holding the towel around the bottle with one hand, hold the cork still with the other hand. Rotate the bottle (not the cork). The cork will ease out, without losing any of the contents.
