Health And Fitness : Top Health Tips After 20 years of collapsing, being rushed to hospitals, lapsing into a coma, being bedridden, extreme weight loss, spending weeks in a hospital, having my doctor tell me I was dying, being mis-diagnosed and mis-treated more than a dozen times resulting in horrendous torturous consequences... (it's worse than it sounds)... and after trying all kinds of alternative healthcare (accupuncture, etc.) and after searching online numerous times for nearly a decade, here's what I've found works for me (If you've had similar symptoms, I hope you'll try these easy solutions. For me, they make the difference between having a life and being in a coma). 1) eat two eggs for breakfast (anyway you like them) 2) around lunch, eat a handful or two of walnuts (they stimulate so much energy in me that eating them in the afternoon keeps me awake at night) 3) eat salmon - DO NOT EAT "FARMED" SEAFOOD 4) buy and consume a bottle of "cell food" every month - $25 5) magnesium supplement - about $10/ month 6) take a "natural" sleep aid. I take "calms" which I buy from the health food store for about $8 a month. This relaxes your body so you can heal and results in me feeling stronger, less tired 7) Stretch at least every other day, and exercise vigorously 20 minutes three times a week GOOD LUCK!
