Part 4f: State Why You Are Writing
| Jobs : Successful Job Search CV Covering Letter And Exams You should say why you are writing. Is it from a job ad? Were you asked personally to apply? Has someone from the company already contacted you? If so, say so. Do you know anyone at the company who asked you to apply? Are you writing for an interview or merely for a meeting or to try and get some more information about the company? Make sure that you state this clearly so that they know what relevant response to give you.
