How To Play Killer Sudoku
| Games : Puzzles Killer sudoku is a particularly good fun variant of sudoku and is often said to be one of the hardest logic puzzles, when presented with a particularly tricky one to complete. The puzzle is really a cross between sudoku and kakuro. The puzzle starts with a usual grid, with numbers at the corners of some cells and the grid divided into a set of small shapes. The aim is to sum the cells in a block to the number stated for that block - hence like kakuro, but the rules of sudoku remain - each row, column and either 3 x 2 or 3 x 3 must contain the numbers 1 - 6 or 1 - 9 once and once only. It can be tricky to get the hang of and get started in a puzzle, and you definitely need to use pencilmarks to see what each cell might contain.
