How to poach an egg....

Boil a pan of water, add your egg gently, turn the water down to a rolling boil so the egg bobbles in the water.

Only cook for 2 minutes!

Remove gently with a slotted spoon, letting water run off, and roll onto a piece of freshly buttered toast - YUM!!
