Posture
Self Development : Interpreting Body Language The way that people actually walk and the physical way they walk can actually tell us a great deal about that person, and even sub consciously help us form opinions of them. If someone walks tall and upright, and have eyes looking right ahead that indicates someone who is both confident in themselves and of course healthy. In contrast someone looking down or with slackened shoulders suggests less positive things: either health problems like a bad back or shyness and so on. Think about it: when you pass someone on the street, if they are slouched and looking down as opposed to walking tall and confident the perception you have will be different. The bottom line: hold your head up high and walk with good posture - there are health benefits to this, too.
