In the Spring, do the opposite and try to go to bed earlier than usual. Make sure you change all your clocks to the correct new time. Some computers and mobile phones adjust automatically, so double check. In Autumn, go out for breakfast on the Sunday morning, as you will have some extra time. In the Spring, go out for dinner as it will be lighter for longer in the evenings. You could have a barbecue if its warm outside. Don’t forget to change the times that your heating and hot water comes on and goes off, so it times in with your morning and evening routines. Get your pets back into a new feeding routine too.
