Present Ideas For Someone Older
| Christmas When we get older a lot of people want something more sensible for a present - not everyone, of course! Good gift ideas therefore include things like books, slippers, scarfs and gloves. This is not a joke post before you wonder if that's the case - this is my experience of buying for older relatives that they value tat and knick knacks less than the younger generation and would much prefer to have a nice practical gift that they can actually use. This is no excuse to not be inventive though - go for a nice, good quality scarf, gloves or slippers that are comfy and practical and you will still give a gift that is treasured even if it's not something that you could imagine yourself ever wanting - just wait!
