How To Prevent Blisters

A great way to help prevent blisters is to wear Anti-blister double skin socks.
The inner layer which is usually micro polyamide stays with the foot and helps to draw out the moisture,whilst the outer layer cotton and polyamide absorbs the moisture and moves with the shoe to eliminate friction.
They are very effective for marathon runners.
