| Hobbies : Photography Taking photos of properties can be profitable if you get regular work from estate agents and similar bodies that buy and sell houses. However there are other things you can do to boost income. For instance it is always worth suggesting that if a property is not selling they try new photos - this means more money for you. Also target seasons - if a house is being sold in Winter then it will look less cheery than with a nice bright blue sky in spring. Therefore suggest that properties photographed in Winter should be re-shot as soon as the weather brightens!
