How To Protect Hair Whilst Swimming
| Beauty : Summer Beauty One thing many of us love to do in Summer is to cool down by swimming in the pool or sea. The trouble is they can be bad for hair - with chlorine in the swimming pool water and of course salt in sea water. The best form of protection against this is to simply wear a swimming cap, covering all your hair with a good seal around it. Combine this with some conditioner of the 'leave in' type on your hair before you put on the swimming cap and you should help to keep the hair in good condition.
