How To Protect Hands When Cleaning
| Cleaning : Cleaning Clothes When cleaning and washing with water even the mildest solution can start to affect the skin particularly if you do a lot of washing. So what can you use to protect your hands and look after the skin on your hands when you do a lot of washing and cleaning? For some rubber gloves is the answer, but many people find that they don't like these or they disagree with their skin or some such. Well here is a great little tip from reader Linda on how to overcome this little problem: I suggest that you purchase bulk quantities of white sport sox - at a dollar store, preferable the ones that just go to the ankle - and use them for all cleaning. They slip over your hands for window cleaner, dusting, scrubbing and then they can be washed for more and more usages!
