Protein Shake For Healthy Hair

If you want to make a protein shake, which is great for kick starting the amount of protein in your diet (great for healthy skin and so on), here is one potential set of ingredients:

- start with two tablespoons of soy protein powder

- add in a cup of milk

- then simply add some chopped, fresh fruit - strawberries or other sort of fresh berry will work great

Mix it all together in your blender until it is nice and creamy. Drink! Delicious and nutritious
