A lot of people use Protein shakes these days, whether you have just finished a workout and need to refuel your body or if you just want to make sure your body is getting everything it needs. People use protein shakes for all different types of reasons, to lose weight or to gain weight and some just use them to keep lean and healthy. It can get a bit boring just drinking your protein shake. So here is a little tip for making your protein shakes that little bit different. Protein shakes come in all different flavors from chocolate to banana so this tip will work great with any protein. You will need your protein powder and some greek yoghurt, blueberries and almonds are optional but i use them for added flavor. Get your protein powder and mix it in with the greek yoghurt. Add the extras if you want too. It is then ready to have. It can be used as a dessert or just as a after workout snack. It will taste great!
