Here is a simple training tip for you.

Rather than doing an hour of training all at one period, why not split it up.

This way you can do for instance half an hour in the morning and then an other half hour in the afternoon.

Thus you raise your metabolism up two times during the day rather than just the once, and therefore you are able to burn more calories for the same amount of effort!
