How To Re-grout
DIY : Home Repair If you have left it a while since doing the grout in the bathroom, you will know that it gets dirty and stained very quickly. Whilst you can buy Grout Pens and other similar aids in the DIY stores, these tend to be very expensive and don't go far. As a cheap alternative, why not try this: Rather, use a standard tin of white emulsion paint and, with a small brush (make sure that it has a flat edge) do this: Paint carefully over the ageing grout with the emulsion paint. If there are any drips and messy sections, which there may well be, then simply wipe away with a cloth whilst paint is not set. Overall this should work well and won't need another coat for a year or so. Simple and effective!
