How To Read A Job Recruitment Ad

Jobs : Job Search

If you read most job adverts as part of your job search, and take them literally, you are likely to end up depressed.

Why? Because most detailed job specs are a wish list, and even the chief exec wouldn't meet the full spec. With that in mind you should be more encouraged, as you really don't need to have everything listed to stand a chance.

Note therefore that don't just look for jobs with the particular title that you think you are thinking. Look for others that require similar skills to those that you have, and you are sure to find something else suitable and hence increase the potential jobs for you.
