How To Recover Hot Lipstick
| Beauty : Cosmetics Sometimes when you go out on a hot day, your lipstick will get damaged by heat. Many of the chemicals in the lipstick have a very low melting point, and hence the heat of the sun in a hand bag can be enough to make the lipstick go soft. If this happens to you and you go to apply the lipstick then don't - as it won't work. Rather give the lipstick a quick short, sharp dash into the freezer for ten minutes to cool it down quickly, then put in the fridge for a couple of hours in an upright position. In most cases this will retrieve the lipstick situation!
