How To Reduce Fat From Soups

Beauty : Nutrition And Beauty

When cooking soups with meats in, then you may well get fat dispersed throughout the soup.

To remove this easily, chill the soup so that it is cold after it has been heated.

This should result in a layer of fat forming at the top of the soup, or indeed the same is true for a broth or stew or similar.

All you need to do is then skim off this layer at the top, and then reheat the food.

The result will be the same great tasting food, but with a large percentage of the fat removed!
