How To Reduce Your Mobile Phone Bill

Money : Saving

Dont upgrade your mobile phone once you come to the end of your contract. Although many new handsets are stated as being free in your new deal, they are actually incorporated into your monthly payment prices, and much cheaper deals can be had by opting for a SIM only one.

For example, you can get 1 month contracts by just keeping your old phone, which are more flexible and short term.

However, saying this, if you do want a new phone, some decent ones can be had for £10 per month with a free hand set. They are usually for 18 to 24 months though, so as long as you dont want a flash iPhone or Blackberry you may be alright.

Also if you do upgrade, you can sell your old phone on websites such as Envirofone.

Search around online for the best deals and also ask your friends for recommendations. If you dont use your phone much, then you may as well opt for Pay As You Go instead.

Dont get paper bills sent through the post as mobile networks often charge more for this. Just check it all online.
