How To Remove Deodorant Stains
Cleaning : Leather If you get deodorant stains on any of your goods, then the key is to work quickly to get rid of them. That's because the deodorant contains chemicals that are good for stopping sweat and absorbing it from your sweat glands and therefore stopping you smelling, but they can discolour precious and potentially expensive goods of yours! Therefore you need to ensure that you work quickly. Use a sponge soaked in warm water and vinegar and wipe across the affected area. If you see bits of white these are the chemicals from the deodorant and therefore make sure that you get them off as they can discolour the fabric. This should be enough to remove the stain, but on some really stubborn stains you may need to soak the affected area overnight. With non leather goods you can also wash them with a detergent in warm water, as long as you know that the garment can take it - don't use it so warm that it shrinks it or a detergent that affects your material; therefore always take particular care with this!
