How To Remove Pet Hair From Clothes

Cleaning : Useful Cleaning Tips

If you own a cat, or a dog, there is a strong likelihood that their fur will end up on your clothes, carpet, furniture, everywhere!

To get rid of this as much as possible, try rubbing a fresh dryer sheet over your clothes. Repeat this several times with a clean section of the sheet, and see if it makes a difference.

Otherwise you can wrap a piece of cellotape around your hand, with the sticky side facing outwards and dab it against you to collect any hairs. Grab a new piece each time the stickiness has left, and too many hairs have collected.

If that doesnt work, then get a damp sponge and wipe it over your clothes. You can do this before washing them in the machine aswell, so a big lump of fur doesnt end up collecting inside.

Shaking your clothes outside may also help get rid of any strays. Use an anti-static fabric spray too, and only use cellotape on clothes that arent too delicate as this may rip and ruin them.
