How To Report EBay Violations
| Money : EBay If you believe that you have found something going on which breaks eBay codes and practices then you can report it. For instance, you might think someone is selling an illegal item (perhaps a ticket for which resale is expressly forbidden etc) To report it you need to go to the Help area and fill in the form. The message will be investigated and action taken where it is deemed to be necessary - typically removal of an offending listing and a warning to the member concerned.
