Sales Phrases And Terms To Look Out For

Money : Buying

Usually you can spot some dodgy or bogus offers because they all tend to use the same sort of tried and tested lines. These usually involve some time pressured offer or something that tries to make you feel special.

Thus always have alarm bells ringing when you are confronted with phrases such as:

"congratulations, you have won..."

"you have been especially pre-selected to..."

"sign up now at this special rate before the price has to increase on xx/yy/zzzz"

Anything along these lines is trying to get you to buy through pyschology, which probably means that they can sell you the product on the strength of the product itself, which begs the question why not - answer? The product is usually of inferior quality.
