Health And Fitness : Diet Plan

Breakfast:

Fresh fruit: for instance combine some apples, melons and grapes together. If desired combine with natural yoghurt.

Lunch:

Lentil and bacon soup makes up lunch on this menu and is combined with a few oatcakes if desired or a couple of slices of wholemeal bread

Dinner:

marinated chicken breasts with brown rice and courgettes and peppers

Snacks:

If desired, have another piece of fruit or some cashew nuts for a snack.
