Seeing An IFA: Qualifications
| Money : Money Management When you see an IFA it is comforting to know that they have the right qualifications. When you see a doctor you take it for granted as they have to be qualified, but with an IFA there are many possible qualifications they could have. So check that they have passed the most relevant Financial Planning Certificate exams in the subject or subjects that they are advising you about. If they have advanced qualifications then this of course is also an encouraging sign. Bottom line: check their business card for suitable letters after their name!
