But people buy two things: 1) people buy people 2) people buy on benefits Therefore when you are setting up an online shop, you need to remember these things. If possible, have a personal introduction showing a photograph of yourself and a bit of background on yourself and how you got to the stage you are currently at. When you sell the products, don't just state the features, rather say what the features could do for the purchaser. This is the best way to coax people into purchase.
