Then produce with a nice photograph of the house - try to use a proper photo and not a photocopy, if you have a colour printer of course you can do great quality pictures at a low cost these days. Make sure that you say at the bottom that you accept to responsiblity for the accuracy of the information given. Then send this out or give to any interested parties, and before long you should be getting viewings from interested parties!
