If you want to serve your kids healthier food but know that they don't eat it as a rule, then there are various manners you can disguise healthy food!
If you are serving a soup starter for instance, then this is a great chance to load it with pureed vegetables that they probably woun't realise that they are eating.
When making main courses there is usually a chance to load with veg - for instance when making a casserole.
You can even introduce grated vegetables into things like pancake batter, and if home-making burgers can fit in some fresh onion and grated carrot and other similar ingredients.
