One answer is to sew them on; especially if they have a small hole in. All you need to do is ensure that you get some thread that matches the colour of the item, then thread the needle through the eyehole. Then simply use your favourite sewing stitch to attach the accessory to your dress. Note that light accessories will work best - anything that is heavier or metal will sag against and may break the thread.
