How To Show A Lack Of Confidence
Self Development : Confidence It is often useful when trying to be confident to see how we display a lack of confidence - because often we show that lack of confidence without even realising it. A typical example is when you start sentences or a conversation with an apology even when it is not necessary. This automatically makes the other person feel as though they are aggrieved against your apology, even on a sub-conscious level, and almost puts you on a sub-servient footing straight from the off. Therefore remember to only apologise when there is a real need, in general conversation, don't say "I'm sorry to ask you this, but..." when you are asking a genuinely reasonable question. The best way to be assertive is simply miss that bit out and get straight into the question.
