How To Sit And Protect A Bad Back

Health And Fitness : Top Health Tips

Whilst for most people sitting is comfortable and relaxing, for those with back pain it can be anything but. For some it is notoriously hard to sit without pain or even making pain worse.

Well the best bet, in general, is to get a chair that is as well-designed as possible and one that fits with your size and curves well.

Whilst it might seem intuitively that a soft chair is best, actually a harder chair will give you best support and make you maintain the best shape - therefore this is what you should aim for.

The seat should be flat and horizontal, and should result in the seat hitting the back of the chair at least at a right angle.
