Sleeping And Back Pain

Health And Fitness : Top Health Tips

Sometimes the very place you go for rest - bed - can make your back worse!

If you suffer from back pain in bed or after sleeping, then the chances are that the mattress has either gone soft through usage or is simply too soft for you.

Therefore the single best thing you can do is move to a harder mattress.

For some people matters are better if they put the mattress direct on the floor and sleep on it there.

Finally the best sleeping position to support the back is to sleep on your back and actually not to use a pillow either - though it may take a little getting used to trying to sleep in this position.
