In fact according to research of people sleeping about 41% automatically take up this position when they settle into their sleeping position. It is more common with women than men however - about twice as common in fact. The personality of this sort of person is someone who is tough on the outside but apparently at heart they are quite sensitive. This is quite vague really so not sure it is that amazing. In terms of relationships it means they tend to be quite shy at least at first, but are fine once they relax.
