Excercising and eating times are important. when you excercise wait at least 1 hour before eating , your body is still burning calories for an hour after excercising or when you eat wait at least 2 hours before excercising so that your burning calories from your body and not from the food you just ate..

One tip that totally works for me. Make sure you don't eat after 7 o'clock and drink lots of water, especially before meals!

Drink lots of water. The liver won't release water until you drink more. Yes absolutely drink more water to lose weight.
