Small Frequent Meals Help You Lose Weight

The research performed over the years has consistently shown that the best thing for the body is to eat little and to eat often.

But due to the way of life we tend to have a few large meals in the day and nothing in between apart from the odd snack.

Therefore if possible for you, try to have five smaller meals through the day rather than the three larger ones. This can be a little tricky at work, but splitting food at say 11 and 2 should be possible without too much hassle.

A useful addition between meals is to have a protein shake.
