| Jobs : Job Search If you have an analytical eye and are comfortable around computers, this may be the perfect job for you. As well as a good knowledge of computers, people skills will help as you talk to a number of others to establish any issues with software. You also need good knowledge of testing practices, for instance: - planning for the test - designing test cases - documenting - analysing the results of testing - making recommendations to developers that they can implement to rectify the problems You can be a front-end tester, e.g. usability tester, or technical tester who then examines the code and makes recommendations.
