How To Soothe A Stiff Neck

If you have a stiff neck, then a good massage may help to alleviate the problem.
Using both of your hands, try this:
Place the index, middle and ring fingers along the vertebrae at top of neck (both sides of), and use the middle fingers placed at the junction of scalp and neck thus:
Press gently into that depression as breathing in, using just the middle fingers. Hold then release and repeat a few times, sometimes pressing gently, other times making slow circles.
