How To Sort Your Paper

Sorting paper sounds very hard and difficult, but if you have a system it's not too bad.

What you need to do is work out the categories that you will want to sort into and then label folders with these names.

So you might have a folder for something like bills, one for the newsletters you get, one for something to do with the church perhaps and so on for each interest or activity you have.

Then you sort into piles for each one.

And then what you do is simply go through and sort them in order from the oldest to the newest so that you can find what you want when you want to find it in the future.

The bottom line is that you need a system and with a system then you can sort whatever paperworks you have to get through.

Sure it is dull and boring but will save so much time down the line and ensure that you don't lose any important paperwork because you will never know when you need it in the future!
