Or so you would think, but here's a natty little tip from reader Linda that shows you can actually avoid that pesky task with just a little know how: When decorating your home and using a paint roller, instead of having to wash the roller out every evening, simply tie a plastic carrier bag around the roller brush. It keeps it damp and ready for use the next morning without hours of rinsing! Plus its another way to re-cycle a plastic bag and prolong its use.
