Spots are always a pain to have when you are a teenager.

But the good news is that most people have them so it would be rare if you did not, they are caused due to all the hormones in the body and skin that makes teenagers particularly likely to get spots.

What you can do is to get a cream that has an ingredient that dries them up that is called benzoyl peroxide ask at Boots for a cream that has that in it for instance.

Also remember that you can always go and see the doctor if you are in any doubt as to what you have if you want to make sure that it is just normal spots or something like that.

Also they can always give you a prescription for something to clear up the spots if they are particularly bad and if other things you have tried have not worked to get rid of them.
