Spring/Summer 2010 Beauty Trends
| Beauty : Style Guide Tie-Dye Colour make up is in this summer! I'm not talking about psychedlic, eye-watering brightness, but more about rich shades on eyes and lips to give a sunrise effect that spells romance and confidence. Go for a plum and neon pink or a shimmering gold for eyes, and maybe a contrasting hue on upper and lower lips. Purple is another current must have colour. Opt for violet or lavender make up and team it up with some purple accessories if you want to make a real statement. Lipstick is also a big trend at the moment, but avoid red and go for other bold colours. Bubblegum pinks and sunny oranges at Topshop Unique are recommended. Or choose a shiny lipgloss instead. Make sure you keep skin fresh and eyes natural to pull off this trend properly. Bigger lashes are in this year. I suggest thick liquid liner on your eyes teamed up with nude lips to really capture the feel of this trend. Our final top trend for 2010 are shimmery, frosty shades - fresh faced complexions with shiny, pale lids and lips will give you the ultimate catwalk style look this season. Dont think warm, rosy colours, think fresh, frosty and wintery.
