How To Start Like A Professional Swimmer
Sport : Swimming If you have ever seen professionals swim - on TV or actuall in a competitive event - you will know that their start is more than a simple dive into the water. A good start can make the difference at the end of the race between winning and losing. Therefore if you are an experienced swimmer and compete, then it is worth getting the technique right on this start. As you dive, note that you should ensure that almost all of your weight is on your front leg and then move all your weight forward for maximum speed into the water. Ensure to push with both legs, throw arms forward so you are streamlined. Once in the water, it's all about driving with your legs!
