A popular way to keep fit is by running: it's free and easy, requiring nothing but good trainers.

Here's how to get into it:

Start off slow, with ten minute jogs.

Build up until you are running at a steady pace. Check that you can talk comfortably without panting.

After a month if you are able, build up to running about 20 to 30 minutes three times a week at this page

Do not push yourself too hard, and never be too ambitious with your increases
