How To Stay Positive On Interview Day
Career : Interviews The day of the interview is often quite a nerve wracking time, and some people get quite negative thinking that they can't do it. You need to snap out of that state of mind as it is crucial that you think you are the best candidate for the job and have a great chance of getting the job. Otherwise there is little point turning up to the interview at all. A good tip is to try and ignore - in the nicest way - any other candidates that are going for the same job. Why? Because talking to them can make you lose focus, and you will invariably often think they are really good or better qualified or something, and this can dent your own confidence in your own ability with the knock on impact that you don't perform quite so well in the interview itself.
