How To Stick To A Plan Of Action
Self Development : Changing Your Life Over time, it is typical for us to lose heart in a plan of action, particularly if we are not making quick progress. We are impatient creatures and want results straight away, ideally a few seconds after we have a desire for something. Of course life is not normally like this so we have to be patient. One particular factor that can make you lose focus is external influences - other peoples thoughts and desires and so on. Therefore you need to be able to filter out the input from others and if they want to do something that will negatively impact on your goal you need to politely refuse their request and focus in on your own goal. For instance if you are on a diet and they want to go to a fast food joint, then you may want to refuse that, even if you are finding it hard to stick to your diet plan you certainly don't want that bad external influence!
