Here is a simple massage that you can perform to your abdominal system that can hopefully help to kickstart or at least stimulate your digestion:

Place a hand on your abdomen the other resting on the chest

Close eyes, breathe, feel warmth

Make gentle, wide clockwise circles with the hand

Stop and start in between breaths the circling

Ensure movements are slow and firm but not pressing too hard
